How to apply


Thank you for your interest in the Orthopaedic Residency Program at the University of Louisville. The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery utilizes the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for the residency application process. All applications must be submitted electronically by October 30th. The Department will screen all applicants and invitations will be issued the week of November 20th.


Interview Day will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018. We invite all those interviewing and their families to a welcome reception with the residents on Thursday evening prior to interviews. Approximately 40 candidates will be interviewed for the 5 PGY-1 positions. Candidates will meet at 6:30 a.m. for registration and breakfast followed by interviews, tours and lunch.
